Natasha will carefully help us connect to our senses, through a slow tea ritual, while exploring a range of medicinal herbs. Using discussion, meditation and journalling we will create a supportive circle to interpret which herbs can support our own individual journeys. The exercise begins with a guided body scan followed by a guided contemplation while tasting the tea. It is a very relaxing experience which teaches you to trust your bodies inner wisdom. Natasha will also hold space and offer herbal counsel about hormonal issues that may be affecting your life.
