Join Justine Nolan of East London Reiki and Felicia Rudolfo of Shimmering Light in Angel to gather in sacred circle under the September New Moon. Connecting to our lower energy centres, we will work to clear heavy, limiting blockages - creating space to plant intentions which will blossom in the month ahead.

This is a multidimensional healing event designed to deepen your connection to your emotional centres and raise your vibration. Drawing upon our combined expertise in Aromatherapy and Energy, Sound + Crystal Healing we will lovingly guide you through meditation on a journey inwards. Upon arrival you will be gifted a crystal and an elixir of essential oils to be used during our time together and beyond. Together we will hold space for you to release all that is no longer serving you and to welcome in that which will accelerate your growth.

We will focus our work on the ‘Hara’ which is a Tanden point, one of three ‘Diamonds’ in the Japanese energy body. Located around the sacral chakra this is our container for creativity, vitality and earth energy. It’s also where we can hold heavy, unprocessed emotions contributing to issues around fertility, digestion and fatigue. Our intention is to help you to explore and heal this tender part of yourself - gently bringing more light and sparkle back into your life!
