Intention setting for the New Year – Day Workshop

Lets look ahead but lets not over look the past. Gain motivation from the past and look ahead with

fresh eyes and enthusiasm for new beginnings...

It’s the start of a New Year, which means it is the right time to get clear about what you want. Use

last year’s positive energy and get clarity about what you want to consciously create for yourself in

the New Year.

Want some help doing this? Then this workshop might be for you...

What this holistic workshop will include and what to expect :

- Group discussions

- Individual work

- Writing and thinking about things.

- Gentle physical exercise and meditation.

- You will have some guidelines / worksheets to work with.

We will start with some gentle body mobilising movements/exercise and then we will have some

group discussions and engage in some activities and also write/create a New year paradigm for our

own selves. We will finish the day with gentle chair yoga and mediation.

Cost: £ 25 per person.

Please bring correct cash amount.

Duration: 6 Hours (11.30am to 5.30pm / 30 mins break in-between)

What to bring:

-Pen/pencil and a notebook/paper to write some notes.

-Some colour pens/pencils if you want to glamorise your intentions.

-Water / light snacks or you can pop out during the break.

-Wear comfortable clothing (to allow some ease of movement)

Reena is a Positive Psychology practitioner (MSc MAPP),qualified individual & group coach and a

Yoga and mindfulness instructor. She manages her portfolio career by applying themes from

Positive Psychology, Coaching and Yoga in her writing and mind and body practice.
