Akasha Healing Yoga draws on Hatha and Zen yoga to create a mindful class that ends with a deep relaxation using Yoga Nidra to wind down and refresh the mind, body and spirit. The class is small, mixed ability and ideal for those who are new to yoga. Particular attention will be be paid to developing alignment and flexibility, using the breath to move energy and developing a personal practice.
