If you’ve ever wondered why you have a fear of heights, why you have vivid dreams around a specific place, or look at a stranger and feel as if you know them, the answers may be in your past lives.
Explore the memories of your past lives and incarnations in this workshop revolved around the theme of Past & Present; where you will be guided into a highly relaxed state of consciousness, journey back in time, and discover how your past lives may affect your current situation.
Following discussion and journaling, you will take part in a gentle yin yoga session; a grounding and revitalising practice, with profound energetic and emotional effects. On a mental and emotional level, the practice allows the body to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system and become deeply healing and nourishing. Whilst you carry out your practice, you will receive a soothing and rejuvenating head, shoulder and arm massage using calming essential oils.
Expect to leave feeling lighter and calmer, with greater clarity and understanding of your life, relationships, challenges and purpose.
The morning retreat:
• Introduction to Past Life Regression
