Thinking of trying yoga?
Walking into a yoga studio for the first time can be a little daunting. Sometimes it's nice to start at the beginning, everyone in the same boat. Join Natalie on Saturday 15th September where we'll do just that.
This workshop will provide an introduction to the practice of yoga. Right from the first moment of what to do when you arrive into a studio, everything will be explained from scratch. We'll cover the main poses and sequences that you find in a flow yoga class and also look at ways you can modify them depending on the needs of your body. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as we go along, and plenty of breaks - don't worry, this won't be 2 full hours of moving!
